This month’s Bridging the Gap focuses on how Fujitsu is contributing to the global environment by incorporating environmental awareness into all levels of the company. “Environment” is one of the five basic values that make up The FUJITSU Way, the set of core principles that guides the corporate and individual actions of the company.
Every year, Fujitsu publishes a Sustainability Report that describes the efforts that the company has taken regarding the environmental and social aspects of its operations. It can’t be overstated how important this issue is to Fujitsu. Since its founding in 1935, Fujitsu has treated environmental awareness as one of its most important management issues based on our philosophy of “building in harmony with the environment”. Fujitsu is keenly aware of its duties as a global corporate citizen. In this issue of Bridging the Gap, we illustrate several ways in which Fujitsu has dedicated itself to preservation of the globe.
We also discuss Gartner’s ranking of Fujitsu Interstage as a leader in the SOA and BPM Magic Quadrant Reports, and how Fujitsu and Software AG have accelerated their delivery of SOA solutions.
As always, we hope you enjoy Bridging the Gap, and honestly hope you will share it with associates and send us any suggestions you might have for additional content.
Have a great summer!
